Bindmans help with mock interviews to prepare Business students for future employment

Adult Learners at Westminster Kingsway College undertook mock interviews with Bindmans and staff from the College to prepare them for employment and to build their confidence.
The students are all studying on the Business Administration Level 2 course at the College and many had never experienced an interview panel before. The project involved students submitting their CV and covering letter as an application for a ‘mock’ Office Assistant position and all of the students were formally interviewed for the role by an interview panel comprising two staff from Bindmans - Nicola O’Shea, Head of Human Resources and solicitor Catherine Jackson - and experienced Business Support Managers from the Westminster Kingsway College.
