Last month, Tina Din joined Bindmans as an associate in our Employment Law and Professional Discipline team. She has specialised in employment law since qualifying in 2009. She advises individuals and businesses across all areas of employment law including unfair dismissal, work place discrimination, wage disputes and redundancy.

Her practice includes advising individual employees including company directors, senior executives and junior employees through disciplinary, grievance and performance management, redundancy consultations, flexible working requests, unfair dismissal and negotiation of severance packages.
