Overview of key responsibilities

The successful candidate should be around 2+ years PQE. You will predominantly undertake Court of Protection work, but with an opportunity to develop a complementary caseload, including education, community care, mental health, representing bereaved families at inquests, civil claims, and judicial reviews.

The post provides an exciting opportunity to develop an interesting and varied practice.
