The webinar will cover everything you need to know about applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain, including family applications, work routes, long residence, and the EU Settlement Scheme. It is aimed at practitioners with prior knowledge and experience of Indefinite Leave to Remain applications, and will include group discussions and case studies.
The following topics will also be covered:
- The Life in the UK test/English language requirement
- The calculation of the period leading to settlement

Time permitting, indefinite leave for refugees and those with humanitarian protection and discretionary leave will also be discussed.
The webinar will provide practitioners with a clear overview of the current measures, policy guidance and any concessions in place to enable them to fully advise and prepare clients who are applying, or considering applying for, Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK.
