Rosie is a locum solicitor in our Family team.
Rosie qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has practised exclusively in children law for over 15 years.
She has extensive expertise in public and private law children matters and acted for parents, extended family members, foster carers, Special Guardians, Children’s Guardians and adopters.
She has represented parties in complex cases before the High Court involving allegations of factitious illness, non-accidental injury, radicalisation, alienating behaviour and sexual abuse.
She also has experience of public law proceedings involving an international element, wardship and Deprivation of Liberty Orders. In private law proceedings, Rosie has extensive experience in applications for children arrangements, internal relocation and leave to remove.
Following a period practising family law in the south west, Rosie is returning to Bindmans LLP having previously worked at the firm between 2015-20.
