Sukhdev is a locum solicitor in the Bindmans Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team.
He is an experienced lawyer with extensive experience of dealing with serious Injury cases, including both domestic and international personal injury with particular experience in high value, complex claims where clients have suffered catastrophic injuries. He has experience of acting for claimants in multi party actions. He has additional expertise in cases involving cross border issues.
Sukhdev has key links with medical experts across a range of fields including those with expertise in respiratory illnesses, health and hygiene, microbiology, respiratory illnesses as well as with international lawyers.
