Tamsin specialises in media law, with a particular emphasis on defamation and privacy, human rights and public law. She is a member of the Civil Justice Council, and the Commonwealth Press Union Legal Support Committee.

- Mitchell and others v Al Dali and others: House of Lords – challenge to the rules on state immunity on behalf of torture victims.

Tamsin qualified in 1999, having trained with civil liberties' firm BM Birnberg & Co. She has a BA in history from Balliol College, Oxford.
