Pension scheme

All colleagues are enrolled onto our Workplace Scheme at the start of their employment, and the firm will match colleagues’ pension payments up to a specified limit.

Annual leave

New colleagues receive 22 days of annual leave each year for the first two years of continuous service, which rises one day each year, up to a ceiling of 25 days. This is in addition to any time between Christmas and the New Year which may be granted as leave by the partners, at their discretion.

Season ticket loan

We offer interest-free season ticket loans to all colleagues.

Cashplan scheme

All colleagues are eligible to participate in our Cashplan Benefit programme once they have been confirmed in post.


All colleagues who are confirmed in post are considered for the annual discretionary bonus scheme.

Hybrid working

We are currently hybrid working, whereby we work on a 50:50 rota basis between the office and home.

Annual Summer Day Out

All colleagues are invited on the annual Summer Day Out, which is always a great opportunity for everyone to get to know each other outside of the office.
