Eduard is a Trainee Solicitor in our Media & Information team.
Eduard works on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

- Parliamentary/Election Law
Eduard assists the Media Department across various areas (both Defendant and Claimant side), including the removal of online content published by media outlets, where arguments around freedom of expression and public interest arise, while safeguarding clients’ rights to privacy and reputation. He handles delinking requests and provides support on debanking cases, where financial institutions withdraw services, often due to non-financial factors such as reputational risks or compliance concerns.
In addition, Eduard assists on matters involving major internal cybersecurity attacks affecting high-profile individuals, supports clients seeking redress for data breaches and misuse of their information, manages Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, and has provided assistance with data protection law advice for start-up companies.
Eduard also has experience in reputation management and misuse of private information claims for high-profile individuals, including MPs and public figures. This includes providing legal advice in response to defamatory publications, securing content removals, and mitigating reputational harm at both pre-publication and post-publication stages.
Education and career
- Eduard graduated from City, University of London in 2022 with an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) (Hons) obtaining a First-Class degree.
- He then completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at City, University of London, graduating with a Distinction.
- Prior to joining Bindmans in November 2024, Eduard gained experience as a Paralegal across multiple areas of law, including personal injury at a reputable London firm, as well as in-house in the pharmaceutical industry, where he advised on day-to-day matters relating to commercial, regulatory, employment, compliance and corporate law.
