Alison Leivesley, partner and head of our Family team, has written a module for The Law Society’s new family law course. Alison has written about forced marriage, explaining the legislative protection available and the processes to be followed in making an application for a forced marriage protection order.
Broken down into seven modules, the Family Law microcredential course covers essential topics from dissolution of marriage and financial orders to more specialised practice areas such as adoption and forced marriage, with an emphasis on private client law.
Launched today, the course is aimed at junior lawyers and small firm lawyers and solicitors.
