We are pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for the LawWorks Most Effective Pro Bono Partnership award at this year’s 2022 Pro Bono Awards.
Bindmans LLP has a longstanding partnership with Rainbow Migration, a charity that provides specialist legal information and advice, and practical and emotional support for LGBTQI+ people seeking asylum, as well as legal advice and information to LGBTQI+ people who want to live in the UK with their partners.
Members from our Immigration, Asylum and Nationality team have been volunteering for the charity for many years, providing legal information and advice to service users through monthly advice sessions.
The annual LawWorks Pro Bono Awards are taking place on 6 December 2022 and celebrate the best legal pro bono activities undertaken by organisations and individuals, and the positive impact they have had on those helped.
