On 31 March 2020, Bindmans LLP sent a letter to the Government, pursuant to the pre-action protocol for judicial, requesting consideration of the guidance proscribing that all citizens are only permitted to leave the house to take exercise once per day in their local area: see press release dated 1 April 2020.
The Government have since responded that they are ‘actively considering the issues raised’ and intend to respond in the course of next week.
