Afolake is based in the Chiswick office and joined Bindmans following the acquisition of Sutton-Mattocks in December 2023. Afolake is a solicitor in the Residential Property Department, handling all aspects of leasehold and freehold property transactions including sales, purchases, right to buy, new build, shared ownership, leases, re-mortgaging, transfer of equity, secured lending etc.
She joined Sutton-Mattocks in October 2021, having held various contract roles in small to medium size firms, which has broadened her knowledge and experience in Property Law.
