Bartosz is a solicitor in our Media and Information Law team.
He joined Bindmans LLP in September 2019 and has supported solicitors across the Public Law and Human Rights, and Media and Information Law teams during his training contract. He has assisted on a wide range of defamation, privacy and data protection matters.
In his time as a trainee in the Public Law and Human Rights team he gained experience of judicial review, Human Rights Act claims and deprivation of citizenship appeals. Prior to joining Bindmans, Bartosz was a paralegal in the strategic litigation team at Just for Kids Law. He was also a trainee at the European Commission where he worked on a number of environmental policy matters and gained experience of litigation before the CJEU.
Education and career
- Bartosz graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2015 with an MA Economics (2.1).
- He then completed the GDL (comm.) at City, University of Law in 2017.
- In 2019, Bartosz completed the LLM (Public Law) at UCL, with a distinction.
