Lily is a paralegal in our Public Law and Human Rights team.
Lily assists Solicitors and Partners with public law judicial reviews and a range of appeals, actions and claims against public authorities. These include age assessment disputes, asylum accommodation challenges, deprivation of citizenship appeals, human rights and discrimination claims.
She assists on cases regarding the relocation of individuals under the Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy (ARAP), including successful judicial reviews on behalf of Afghan families challenging the delay in their relocation to the UK.
Education and career
- In 2016, Lily graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a BA in French and Politics.
- In 2022, she graduated from Birkbeck University with a Qualifying Law Degree LLM.
- Lily’s previous work experience includes the Civil Service and charity sector.
