Sakina is a Solicitor in the Private Client team. She undertakes a variety of work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deeds of Variation and the administration of estates.
Sakina advises executors and personal representatives of an estate in relation to an application for a Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration. She also advises clients in relation to Lasting Powers of Attorney and registers Enduring Powers of Attorney.
Sakina is based in the Chiswick office and maintains a good relationship with all of her clients. She joined Bindmans following the acquisition of Sutton-Mattocks in December 2023.
