1 min

The long time and well-loved chauffeur of Queen guitarist Brian May and his wife Anita Dobson, Mr Philip Webb, was found not guilty of plying a girl with drugs and alcohol in order to carry out abuse between 1999 and 2006.

After hearing over ten days of evidence, the jury deliberated for just four hours to deliver unanimous verdicts on every count that Mr Webb was not guilty of all charges.

Kate Goold and Ella Jefferson of Bindmans LLP acted for Mr Webb and instructed Eleanor Laws QC of QEB Hollis Whiteman chambers.
