We are pleased to announce that we have recently made two significant hires within our Employment team. Krishna Santra joined us as a partner, and Tina Din as an associate. Krishna and Tina are both highly regarded employment law specialists who bring with them a wealth of experience and strong reputations, marking a very positive step in the development of our Employment offering.

Krishna is experienced in advising and acting on behalf of employers and employees on both contentious and non-contentious issues. She advises on many areas including disputes involving the misuse of confidential information, breaches of post-termination restrictions, TUPE, and disciplinary and grievance issues, and has expertise in defending high value discrimination claims. She also frequently provides in-house training to managers, directors and HR practitioners.

Tina’s practice includes advising individual employees, from company directors to junior employees, through disciplinary, grievance and performance management, redundancy consultations, flexible working requests, unfair dismissal and negotiation of severance packages. She also has a strong background in providing strategic and responsive advice to a range of employers.
