Bindmans LLP welcomes Mark Ovenell as partner to lead the expansion of the firm’s professional negligence practice, and to develop our commercial litigation offering.

Mark has a wealth of experience in all aspects of these areas. He handles varied and complex matters, including high-value disputes for individuals and companies across different industries, with particular expertise in the banking and financial institution sector. Mark also has considerable experience in asset-based litigation and insolvency matters.  

He advises clients at all stages of disputes, from strategy formulation, through to implementation and, if necessary, proceedings. Mark also has extensive experience in mediations.
