The BSJF Sub-Committee comprises six equity partners as well as our CEO whose function is to oversee the allocation of funds through a structured process. This includes independent oversight, clear eligibility criteria for grantees, and regular reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, our fellow partners and publicly on all BSJF disbursements and outcomes.

Our approach ensures that every contribution is directed towards initiatives that deliver the fund’s mission: advancing equitable access to justice while giving corporate clients confidence that their participation meets the highest ESG standards possible.

Success of the BSJF will be measured through annual reports detailing the funds contributed, how the beneficiaries were selected, and the impact of the distribution of funds from the SJF to increasing access to legal help.
