Right to be Forgotten and Content Takedown

If private information is held on you online which is outdated and ‘stale’, we may be able to help you exercise your data subject rights ‘to be forgotten’ in order to have this content removed from the public internet and de-indexed from search engines.

We are experienced with assisting in removing historic media articles and websites which refer to outdated events. We may also be able to assist with removing reference to historic criminal convictions where the rehabilitation period for these offences under law has expired.

We are here to help.
