Yavnik is a solicitor in our Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury, and Employment teams.
He has a background working on employment tribunal claims, having assisted on a broad range of employment disputes including discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal cases.
During his time as a trainee solicitor, Yavnik gained experience working in our Media and Information Law team on defamation claims, as well as cases concerning breaches of privacy and data protection law.
Education and career
- Yavnik graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in Law (LLB) in 2015.
- Yavnik completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University in 2016.
- Before joining Bindmans, Yavnik worked as a paralegal at another London law firm assisting claimants in employment disputes.
- Yavnik joined Bindmans in August 2018 as a paralegal in the Employment team.
