Alicia is a solicitor in our Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team.
She has experience assisting on claims for those injured in a wide range of personal injury cases, as well as claims arising from road traffic accidents and accidents at work. She has also assisted on claims for children who have suffered catastrophic injuries at birth.
Alicia has gained experience working on deputy related matters, acting for vulnerable clients who do not have capacity to manage their property and financial affairs.
Education and career
- Alicia obtained a Law LLB (Hons) at Hertfordshire University in 2013, following which she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2014
- On completion of the Legal Practice Course in 2014, she joined a large European law firm as an assistant
- Alicia then went on to complete her training contract while working as a paralegal, qualifying as a solicitor in October 2019
- She joined Bindmans LLP in 2022
