Immigration Appeals and Judicial Review

The appeal system has undergone many changes in recent years. We are able to advise individuals in the complex area of appeal rights, administrative review and judicial review, guiding clients throughout the process.

If you receive a negative decision, we will advise you on the evidential gaps in your case, identifying how they can be best remedied. This ensures that your case will be put before a Judge or Home Office Review Team in the best possible light.

We also advise clients who are, or who have been, in immigration detention. This includes applying for immigration bail or bringing claims for unlawful detention.

It is essential that those affected by negative Home Office decisions take advice about their position as soon as possible as the timeframes for lodging appeals or administrative reviews are limited. Similarly, judicial review applications challenging unlawful Home Office decisions must be lodged as soon as possible.
